The big news is Olivia is finally a fully-fledged Kindergartener, and she absolutely loves school. She was so excited on her first day of school. As she boarded the bus, she threw up her hands in glee and proclaimed "I can't believe I'm finally going to school!" Needless to say, her joy overrode any sadness we felt over this major milestone in our growing daughter's life.
Her class is just a half day, and she wishes it was a full day (and so do we). Fortunately, several neighborhood friends are also in her class, and she plays with them regularly in the afternoon when we aren't at dance or swim class. We've also been involved with soccer - the last game is this coming Saturday.
Now we are gearing up for Halloween and next month's 6th birthday party right before Thanksgiving.

I bet you are a great soccer player, Olivia! You look so cute getting ready to go to school. Mom, enjoy the extra time you have with her since she is in half day. I miss all the time I had with Braylen before all day!!
